When we joined the Aebi Schmidt team of brands, we knew we were joining a collaborative crew of companies that share insight and expertise so we can all grow together. One advantage of collaboration is being able to help each other complete projects when need be, so all customers can receive the truck equipment they need on time and on budget. We recently were able to help out our friends at MB, and we have to say– the build was pretty great!
Our De Pere team completed a de-icer system on a Kenworth chassis for MB that includes a 2,500-gallon tank and 50’ de-icer spray boom system. This truck will be making its way to Trenton-Mercer Airport in New Jersey to support the ice removal process on the airport runways. We were really pleased with the outcome, and always happy to not only help the team at our sister company, MB, but also support the folks at the Trenton-Mercer Airport as they will use their equipment to keep their runways clean, clear and safe for years to come.
Justin Peters (pictured in header image), one of De Pere’s TE installers, built the de-icer spray er truck. TE installer Tyler Smith (pictured in body photo) is currently working on a Street King 660 demo sweeper unit with a custom behind the cab fuel tank. This is Tyler’s 4th unit that he built for MB.
These upfits are a perfect match for our versatile TE installers who enjoy building custom projects. MB has provided the De Pere team with new and exciting products for the installers, while also creating enthusiasm about what the future holds for this partnership. We’re grateful to jump in and work on such a great and important project. Thank you MB and Trenton-Mercer Airport!
